United Way of Central Iowa has released the 2012 edition of the Financial Stability Guide, a 78-page listing of central Iowa resources to help hard-working families achieve long-term financial independence.
The guide links families with everything from basic needs like emergency housing, food and clothing and healthcare, to education, job training, free legal services and transportation resources.
The guide is available online (click here) or print copies are available at United Way of Central Iowa, 1111 Ninth Street, and the Evelyn K. Davis Center for Working Families at 801 University Avenue, Des Moines.
